My career span has covered various settings from physiotherapy clinics and doctor’s offices dealing with rehab, motor vehicle accident cases and workplace injuries, to spa and wellness centres focused on mind-body de-stress. My goal with every treatment is to facilitate the client’s healing process, working within their comfort range in regard to pressure and techniques used while also aiming to promote a deep sense of relaxation and well being by the end of a session.

The techniques I use involve a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, fascial release and passive stretching.
