Jennifer Strilchuk is a licensed acupressurist and Five Element practitioner based in Abbotsford, British Columbia. She studied Five Element Acupressure at the Canadian Acupressure College and draws on the principles of Eastern and Chinese medicine to offer gentle, individualized care.
With more than two decades of experience as a doula and prenatal educator, Jennifer brings a thoughtful understanding of the hormonal, physical, emotional, and relational aspects of health. While she no longer attends births, the essence of nurturing, listening, and guiding remains central to her work.
Her approach understands the body through the interconnected lenses of Chinese medicine, emotional anatomy, and the nervous system. Throughout her years of caring for others, Jennifer came to recognize that people are rarely carrying only physical symptoms such as back pain, migraines, digestive concerns, fertility challenges, or anxiety. They are also often carrying the effects of stress, grief, fear, uncertainty, and life experiences that have shaped how they feel in their bodies.
Jennifer’s intention is to help you feel better physically and emotionally while offering a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Through attentive listening, therapeutic touch, and individualized acupressure treatments, she helps support greater balance in body, mind, and energy.
